Thank you for shopping with Silenceband. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to the following countries:

- United Kingdom
- Canada
- New Zealand
- Australia
We do not ship to addresses outside of these regions at this time.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to all supported destinations. No minimum order value is required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Silenceband is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are concerned about potential additional charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation please contact us at silencebandhelp@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner. We will work to resolve any lost or significantly delayed shipments as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Silenceband is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at silencebandhelp@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
